Celebrating 10 years in business

Her Hero is 10 years old. It completely snuck up on me. In an attempt to get more organized before the holidays, I was updating my business documents which I have collected and saved in an old fashioned three-ring binder. I've been toting around the battered thing for years. The first page is my first business license, dated Dec 5th 2010, Okaloosa County Florida. According to Etsy, I unofficially started the business in May 2010, while stationed at Fort Riley Kansas. The binder is full of expunged and re-established business documents, in chronological order. I decided to keep the ugly binder in all its glory because it symbolizes the multiple moves made with the military and more importantly, reminded me of my dedication and commitment to Her Hero.
The milestone prompts me to make a public promise to Her Hero and to our loyal customers. I promise to continue to grow and cultivate the business. I will not coast. I will continue to be intentional in selecting new products. Products that will make you smile. I will design more distinctive jewelry, answering the call for more one-of-a-kind creations. I will continue to fashion meaningful creations using the pure materials like sterling silver and Swarovski crystals. I will keep up with technology to ensure my website is easy to navigate and my items are easily found online (or I will hire someone to help me
